Delivery 

We currently offer the following options:

  • 1st Class                    £3.95      Typically 3 to 5 days working days 
  • Special Delivery        £7.95       Next working day. Please order by Noon.
  • Free Delivery             £0.00       For all orders over £65.00.

Delivery is via Royal Mail. If at any time they are experiencing service delivery delays we are very sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

For international orders please contact us for a quote, the pricing will be based on the weight of your order.

Made to order items usually take a day longer but you will be advised via email of an expected delivery day. 

Unless otherwise stated on the website we carry all of our fabric and products in stock to be able to get your items to you fast.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept an exchange on any item you purchase at Wiff Waff Designs - with the exception of our face masks, sale stock and bespoke made to measure dog coats (see below for details). You might like to exchange your item if it does not fit or you would like to swap your choice for a different design. We are only able to offer a full refund if your item is faulty or defective. 

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

We are not able to accept returns for gift vouchers.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and can only be refunded if they are faulty. 

For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on our face masks unless they are faulty. 

As our bespoke dog coats are made to measure we are not able to offer a refund or replacement if the measurements you supply are incorrect so please double check them before submitting your order form. To achieve the best fit for your dog it is very important that your measurements are accurate. 

 

Exchange Process

To exchange your item(s) for a different size or design please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send us an email at hello@wiffwaffdesigns.com to let us know you will be sending us a return and provide details of what products(s) you would like instead.
  2. Post your item(s) to: Returns, Wiff Waff Designs, Unit 47 Sneinton Market, Nottingham, NG1 1DQ. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items worth over £75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Please include a note inside the package with details of the item you would like instead. Also include your order number, full name, postal address, email address and phone number.

When your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). As long as your item(s) are in their original packaging and in unused condition we will process your exchange and ship your new item(s) to you within seven working days.

 

Returns Process

We are only able to offer a full refund if your item is faulty or defective. If you feel your item(s) are faulty or defective we are very sorry to hear this. Please follow these simple steps to request a refund:

  1. Send us an email at hello@wiffwaffdesigns.com to let us know what is wrong with your item(s).
  2. Post your item(s) to: Returns, Wiff Waff Designs, Unit 47 Sneinton Market, Nottingham, NG1 1DQ. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). If your refund is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within five working days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company (if you used a credit card to make payment) as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@wiffwaffdesigns.com
